A leading real estate company in Doha is seeking a motivated and organized Office Staff member to join our team! You will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to staff, handling data entry
· Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
· Prepare and maintain documents
· Prepare Tenancy Contract
· Assist with client relations and inquiries
· Manage office supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
· Minimum one year of experience in an office setting (preferred)
· Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Tally Preferred
