· Must engage with customers in a friendly manner and effectively communicate products features and benefits.
· Must be able to understand customer needs and provide solutions & ensure a positive customer experience.
· Should drive sales and achieve targets.
· Responsible for proper display arrangement of products and showroom arrangement.
· Responsible for processing customer's orders and liaise with concerned department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered items and ensure proper invoicing.
· Should actively engage in after sales documents preparation such as invoicing, receiving sales returns, stock re-ordering, daily report preparations.
· Ensuring the accuracy of the items sold and items invoiced to avoid discrepancy in inventory. Verify each items against the invoice before handing over to customer.
· Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through calls or emails.
· Maintaining optimum stocks in the shop, coordinate with store or purchasing department to place order based on reorder policies.
· Assist cashier in closing of daily sales report by providing information details to any transactions involved.
