Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by effectively presenting products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to B2B customers.
Understand contract/ agreements feasibility and negotiate terms as per the business norms.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success as sales executives/ supervisors in distribution industry only need to apply. Should have hands-on experience in servicing/ supplying products to hypermarkets and similar retailers. Candidates without outdoor distribution experience will not be considered for this position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Understand and implement Merchandising, promotion plans as per brands guidelines.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to excellence.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Valid driver's license and Car.
