Job Description / Responsibilities:
? Good verbal & Written communication skills are necessary for interacting with the Client & team members.
? Taking initiative in developing the Safety Culture in the Company & Coordinating the with Site & administrative people for Company growth.
? Active participation in ISO Audit & Documentation.
? Hands-on safety leadership experience.
? Conduct audits, inspections, and performance reviews to ensure Safety compliance at Site.
? Observe, audit, and monitor safety on job sites, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
? Maintain employee compliance with safety laws and policies
? Conduct regular TBT & reviews and update procedures to keep abreast of current operations and comply with regulations.
Should be locally available in Qatar with Valid QID
