We are Hiring: SAP Manufacturing Consultant

Location: Qatar

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Roles and Responsibilities

Must have 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP/QM and MII modules in complex manufacturing environments.

Minimum (4 implementations) of end-to-end implementation in PP and QM and minimum 1 end to end implementation in MII.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management principles, and industry best practices in any one or more of industrial solutions (Automotive, IM&C and Aerospace & Defense)

Hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM and MII implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

In-depth knowledge of SAP PP/QM functionalities such as production planning, shop floor control, quality inspections, and batch management.

Familiarity with MII functionalities including data collection, visualization, and integration with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP)

Experience in S/4HANA environments preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PP/QM and MII configurations, interfaces, and data inconsistencies.

Proficiency in ABAP debugging for developed custom solutions, enhancements, and standard SAP functionalities.

Proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization within SAP PP/QM and MII.

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations in SAP implementations.
