Responsibilities:

Designing and creating floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements and event decorations.

Providing expert advice on flower selection, color schemes, and arrangement styles.

Executing event decorations including floral centerpieces, bouquets, arches, balloon decorations, and other decorations according to client specifications.

Managing inventory levels and ordering floral supplies and materials from suppliers as needed.

Creating balloon arrangements for events, including balloon arches, bouquets, and other designs.

Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the floral department and work area.

Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful execution of projects.

Staying updated on industry trends and techniques in floral design, balloon arrangements, and event decoration.
