Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator with Mechanical Knowledge to join our team. As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the sales process by providing administrative and technical support to our sales team.


Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support to the sales team, including quotations and submittals.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales materials and presentations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.

Stay updated on product features and technical specifications to effectively address customer queries.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales processes.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mechanical knowledge or background is highly preferred.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
