We are currently seeking a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Supervisor to join our team. The MEP Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within our facilities.

Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing fixtures, and fire protection systems.

·       Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, assess their severity, and prioritize repairs and maintenance tasks.

·       Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for MEP systems to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

·       Coordinate with internal maintenance staff and clients to ensure timely and quality execution of maintenance and repair work.

·       Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards in the maintenance and operation of MEP systems.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, facilitating training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

·       Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.

·       Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as equipment failures or system malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

 ·       Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,or equivalent.

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP maintenance and operations. 

·       Indian nationality preferred.

·       Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, and Arabic is a plus.

·       Male candidates required for this position.

·       Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

·       Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·       Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

·       Valid Qatar driving license.
