The ideal candidate will have a strong background in school transportation, hotel transportation, and shuttle services. Good Communication Skills

Proven work experience as a TRANSPORT COORDINATOR.

Must have same field experience for minimum of 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement efficient transportation schedules and routes for school and hotel shuttle services.

- Optimize delivery and shuttle routes to ensure cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

- Monitor and manage daily transportation operations to ensure punctuality and reliability.

- Address any issues or delays promptly and efficiently, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Oversee the maintenance and servicing of vehicles to guarantee safety and operational readiness.

- Schedule regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.

- Manage driver schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of service.

- Maintain accurate records of transportation operations and prepare regular reports for management review.
