Create order in Oracle Transport Management. Track and trace all shipments.
· Plan the sell & buy shipment.
· Validate and check requirements
· Consolidate and coordinate the next day’s fleet allocation, customs clearance & weekly fleet allocation with the Land Transport team.
· Update relevant information such as shipment events, Estimated Time of Arrival
· Create, approve, and dispatch customer bills and supplier invoices. Advance the payment collection from the customers
Experience with a freight forwarder
· Fluent in English with Arabic (preferred)
· Candidate should be available in Qatar and with a Valid Qatar ID only
