Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with Sports/any other flooring is a plus. Generate new business through prospecting and lead generation. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Stay current on industry trends and competitors.
