Responsibilities:

•          Supervise and manage daily yard operations within the warehouse, specifically in a non-processing area away from the plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

•          Oversee the loading, unloading, and organization of materials and equipment in the yard.

•          Coordinate with project managers, logistics personnel, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

•          Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and proper use of rigging and slinging techniques.

•          Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, and yard activities.

•          Conduct regular inspections of the yard to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.

•          Train and mentor yard staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.

Requirements:

•          3-5 years of relevant experience in yard management or a similar field.

•          Mandatory valid Rigging & Slinging certification.

•          Possession of an RLIC gate pass is highly desirable.

Additional Information: 

•          Must be physically capable of performing yard duties, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

•          Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions.

•          Willingness to work in alternating shifts: 15 days on the morning shift and 15 days on the night shift.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position for a project duration of 2.5 months, with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
