Job Role: MEP Team Leader
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP work at site.
Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the correct services are delivered.
In depth knowledge of general building maintenance specific to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEP/FP) systems is essential.
Job Role: Storekeeper
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs checking, classifying, inventorying and storing of supplies, equipment, parts and materials.
Updates and maintains all related database on regular basis and ensure accuracy of information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mechanical - Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship
Proven 03 years’ work experience in related field
