Job Description:


We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our consultancy. As a Receptionist, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our staff and ensure smooth daily operations.


Responsibilities:


- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.


- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.


- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate resources.


- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff members.


- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.


- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.


- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries.


- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication.


- Perform other clerical duties as needed to support the team.


Qualifications:


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.


- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.


- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.


- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.


- Fluent in English; bilingual in [other language(s) is a plus]


- Prior experience in an immigration consultancy or related field is preferred but not required.
