Leaders Education Centre is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive cum Course Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing expert guidance to prospective students. Your ability to communicate effectively in English and your experience in a similar role will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell educational courses to prospective students.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information about course offerings.
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their needs and career goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and other stakeholders.
Follow up on inquiries and ensure a high conversion rate.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Course Counselor, or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the education sector will be an added advantage.
