Position: Female (Arabic) Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic's software system
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy in documentation
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
• Proficiency in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred)
