As a Telecalling Agent, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to provide service information and set appointments for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our internet services

Provide detailed information about the benefits and features of our internet plans

Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate service packages

Persuade customers to book an appointment for a consultation or installation

Schedule appointments for the sales team to visit the customer and complete the connection setup

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels

Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns regarding our services

Provide feedback to the team on customer responses and potential improvements in the sales approach

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles (preferred)

Fluency in both Hindi and English, with strong communication and speaking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone
