Infinity Cars Services is seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Garage Insurance Services Advisor to oversee and manage the entire accident management process. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in handling automotive claims, coordinating with insurance companies, and managing the repair process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire claims process, from the initial accident report to the final handover of the vehicle.

Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain necessary approvals for repairs.

Work closely with the repair team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.

Maintain clear communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the repair process.

Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and filed correctly.

Arabic nationality and fluency in Arabic.

3-5 years of experience in automotive claims handling or accident management.

Strong understanding of insurance processes and requirements.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Team-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
