Site Architect
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
Licensed architect with a strong portfolio
Professional qualifications or affiliations with recognized professional organizations are recommended.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design, construction management, rendering and information modelling.
Consultancy Background
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods. Handling the tendering process from preparation to evaluation.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup,etc.).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
