The Tender Sales Executive & Coordinator is responsible for identifying, managing, and securing tender opportunities for the water factory. This role involves extensive research, preparation of tender documents, negotiation, and collaboration with various departments to ensure successful bids. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the water industry and tendering processes.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
· At least 2 – 5 years of proven experience in tender sales, preferably within the water or related industries in water bottling company or FMCG.
· Strong understanding of tender processes, bid management, and contract negotiation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
· Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
· Holder of Qatar driving license
· Can join immediately
Working Conditions:
· Office-based role with occasional travel to client sites and meetings.
· Flexible working hours may be required to meet tender deadlines.
