We are looking for CALL CENTER AGENT
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Handle customer queries, complaints, and maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
Coordinate with maintenance technicians, escalate priority issues, and manage administrative tasks, including invoices and reports.
Refer complaints of service failure or repeated maintenance pending request to Call Centre Supervisor/Maintenance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 2 years of relevant experience as a Call Center Agent / Administrative Assistant.
Strong English communication, customer service skills, MS Office proficiency, and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in maintenance service is an advantage
