Urgent Hiring: IT Support Staff
Job Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar
Project Duration: 24 months
Shifts: Day Shift (1 Position) & Night Shift (1 Position)
Date of Mobilization: 1st September 2024
Duties includes ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of end-user workstations, including troubleshooting, hardware and software issues, managing user requests, and providing ongoing support to optimize desktop performance. Respond to and resolve desktop support tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues. Provide remote and on-site support as required
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles.
Diploma in Computer Application.
