Position - Warehouse Supervisor

Salary: 5000-6000 QAR

Must be locally available.

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure efficient order fulfillment and ensure efficient distribution.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.

- Manage, evaluate, and mentor warehouse team members.

- Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy.

- Maintain and enforce high safety standards within the warehouse.

- Oversee and manage inventory levels, including cycle counts and reconciliations.

- Implement and monitor warehouse policies and procedures.

- Participate in hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining warehouse personnel.

- Interface with customers, suppliers, and transport companies.

- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

- Excellent knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.

- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma; additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.

- Must have a valid driving license.
