Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision: Oversee lifting operations and ensure all lifting equipment is used safely and effectively.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and local regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Team Management: Lead and manage the lifting team, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Allocate tasks and supervise team performance.
• Equipment Management: Inspect and maintain lifting equipment to ensure it is in good working condition. Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
• Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement lifting plans, including load calculations and rigging requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of lifting operations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and safety audits.
• Incident Management: Respond to and investigate any lifting-related incidents or accidents. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Compliance: Ensure that all lifting activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
