We are looking for a Female Secretary cum HR
Key Responsibilities:
Having minimum 2 years’ experience in HR / Secretary / Document Controlling / Project Tender Submissions Handling.
Can Immediately Join.
With NOC / Under Husband’s Sponsorship.
Handle employee benefits administration and answer related queries.
Facilitate employee relations activities and support conflict resolution.
Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
Assist in the management of employee records and HR databases.
Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence calls or emails.
Organize and coordinate executive meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Experience in HR or office management is highly desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field are a plus.
Fluent.
