DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULTANT is looking for Mechanical Technician in Doha, Qatar
Years of experience: Minimum 8 Years
Project Site Location: Offshore (Accommodation / Transportation / Food will be provided)
Educational qualifications:
Completion of Secondary (12 years) education followed by further technical OND or equivalent standard in Mechanical Engineering Diploma/ Trade certificate in Mechanical.
Good knowledge in written and spoken English
Job Description:
Minimum 8 years in overhauling pumps, compressors and diesel engines in water treatment plants, potable water networks, with at least 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry or similar facilities
Diagnoses faults, carry out routine maintenance, repair and overhaul of various items of equipment and plant such as blowers, compressors, pumps, diesel generators, valves etc.
Experience in uPVC, copper, DI, HDPE, GRE, CS piping repairing work, troubleshoot the maintenance faults and providing on-job training to less experienced technicians.
Hands on experience with Work Permit system Oil and Gas industry.
