### **Job Summary:**

 We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive for our advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s advertising services, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Sales Development:**

 - Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.

 - Generate new business opportunities by reaching out to key decision-makers in various industries.

 - Present, promote, and sell advertising services to existing and prospective clients.

 - Negotiate and close advertising contracts, ensuring terms meet the company’s goals.

- **Client Relationship Management:**

 - Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by providing excellent service and support.

 - Conduct regular follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and offer additional advertising solutions.

 - Handle inquiries, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.

- **Marketing Campaigns:**

 - Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.

 - Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling advertising materials.

 - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- **Reporting and Analysis:**

 - Track and report sales performance, including leads, conversions, and revenue growth.

 - Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies.

 - Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
