Location: Lusail, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and achieving sales targets. The primary focus of this role will be to enroll new clients on a monthly basis for Ritaj Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and activities.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.

- Proven sales track record.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the facility management industry in Qatar.

- Knowledge of Ritaj Facility Management services.

- Demonstrated ability to enroll new clients on a monthly basis.

- Have connections in the market.

- have knowledge of the Qatari market, especially in building maintenance, AMC, and cleaning.
