Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Lead and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
• Manage the sales budget and forecast sales volumes.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate on planning and executing successful product launches.
• Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A valid Qatar driver's license as required.
