Should have experience in defining healthcare business processes. Should have good communication skill with ability to cooperate between business and development teams. Should have familiarization in transformation projects in the healthcare industry with strong knowledge in healthcare data standards viz CPT, ICD, LOINC, SNOMED-CT etc. Should have knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle management, claim and remittance processing, medical billing processes, and interoperability assessment. Should have exposure in healthcare pharmacy, stock management and data analytics processes. Understanding of medical services in the airline industry will be added advantage.
