Key Responsibilities:As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding processes.

Employee Development: Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on employee performance improvement.

Compensation and Benefits: Manage the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.

HR Policies: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee concerns, and mediate conflict resolution.

Talent Retention: Create strategies for employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.

In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex HR issues.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.

Professional certification such as SHRM or HRCI is an advantage.
