We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Showroom Sales Executive to join our luxury chocolate showroom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, especially in a retail or showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

• Take customer orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Arrange and present chocolate trays, boxes, and gift items with creativity and precision.

• Maintain the visual standards of the showroom, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed beautifully.

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Manage and process transactions, ensuring smooth sales operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in showroom sales, ideally within the luxury or chocolate industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and creativity in arranging displays and gift items.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English and Arabic , additional languages are a plus.
