We are a First LegalTech startup that connects lawyers to customers providing innovative solutions in the legal industry. We are seeking a motivated, creative, and strategic individual to join our team as a Marketing and PR Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for university students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience and grow within a dynamic company. We are specifically looking for Arab students or fresh graduates who can communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Job Description:

The Marketing and PR Specialist will play a key role in managing our marketing, public relations, and brand presence. This role involves working closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and overseeing all public relations initiatives to ensure positive media coverage and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our LegalTech services.
  • Specializes in managing social media market campaigns.
  • Managing the SEO of the website and improving it.
  • Managing the marketing freelancers to improve the pages.
  • Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and media outlets for PR opportunities.
  • Handle public relations activities including writing and distributing press releases.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and PR efforts.
  • Manage company branding across all platforms to ensure consistency.
  • Organize and manage events like webinars, media briefings, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners.
  • Managing the onboarding of lawyers and clients.
  • Managing HubSpot CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Must be a university student or fresh graduate.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and PR strategies.
  • Great understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internships or part-time work experience in marketing, PR, or a related field.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.

  • 3,000 QR for part-time (20 hours per week)
  • 5,000 QR for full-time (40 hours per week)
