Looking for an Accounts Manager 

Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Develop and maintain financial models for construction projects, ensuring cost control and efficient allocation of resources.

Manage financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for project success.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and internal financial policies.

Conduct financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Present financial reports to senior management, including P&L statements, cash flow analysis, and balance sheets.

Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial institutions.

Monitor and manage financial risks associated with large-scale construction and facilities management projects.

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.

At least 10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction or facilities management sector.

Strong knowledge of construction project finance, cost control, and budgeting processes.

Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a finance team.

Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations related to the construction industry.
