JOB ROLE: WAITER / WAITRESS (ARABIC / FILIPINO)
Role Purpose: Providing excellent service to ensure satisfaction by greeting and serving customers and taking customer orders and delivering food / beverages. Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information.
Working Hours: Official working hours – 9 hours a day
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and escort customers / guests
Present menu and provide detailed information on hot / cold beverages
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Take accurate orders & repeat orders on time / as per the sequence.
Serve food and drink orders
Arrange table settings of meeting / conference rooms.
Follow all relevant health regulations
Report lost & found items immediately to the responsible team leader / Supervisor.
Knowldge in preeparing various ranges of hot / cold beverages (tea & coffee etc.
Ensure adequate availability of kitchen supplies & materials
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum Secondary education
At least 2 years' proven working experience
Valid food handling certificate
Native Arabic speaker OR proficient in English.
