We are looking for Admin & Claims Handling Support for an insurance firm.
We prefer male candidates from the Philippines with valid QID.
Basic requirements:
· With experience on administrative work such as:
o Responding to inquiries from clients via telephone and email, and direct more complicated questions to appropriate staff members
o Providing general administrative & claims handling support, including crafting documents, data entry and filing
· Prompt & Multi- tasking
· Experience as insurance coordinator in the hospitals/clinics in Qatar is preferable.
· Knowledge in basic insurance process and/or medical insurance terms is highly desirable.
