We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Wrapping Lady and Sales Associate. If you enjoy creating stunning packaging and have a flair for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
Arrange and wrap chocolates in plates, boxes, and trays for customer orders and displays
Ensure each arrangement is attractive, creative, and suited for special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.)
Work with a variety of wrapping materials, including paper, ribbons, trays, and boxes
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, gift ideas, and personalized wrapping requests
Handle sales transactions at the cash register, process payments, and manage customer inquiries
Keep the shop organized, clean, and visually appealing
Assist with inventory management, restocking items, and monitoring product displays
Work efficiently during busy periods, especially around holidays and special events
Qualifications:
Experience in gift wrapping, chocolate arrangement, floral arrangement, or retail is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task, with good organizational and time management abilities
Friendly, approachable, and able to work well in a team
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic sales skills, including handling cash and credit transactions
