* Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in port terminal operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior supervisor role.
* In-depth knowledge of Cargo handling operations, strong knowledge of bulk cargo handling operations is an advantage, including materials such as aggregates, sand, and other bulk commodities.
* Solid experience in shipping logistics, vessel coordination, and ensuring compliance with port authority and maritime regulations.
* Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in port and terminal operations.
* Proven track record of leading and managing operational teams in high- demand, fast-paced environment.
