Job Summary for Head of Barista

Supervised by: Operation Manager

Job Location: Main Branch Working days: 6 Days (Saturday – Thursday)

Working Hours- Two working shifts – or one shift (TBD)

Vacation: “Labor law rules”

Salary Package: Basic Salary Plus Bonus “to be discussed”

Machines to be used: Coffee Equipment

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years as a barista, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Skills: o Advanced knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and equipment maintenance.

o Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o Excellent communication and customer service skills.

o Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

o Attention to detail in ensuring quality and consistency
