E-commerce Store Supervisor

Doha

We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor with a strong background in e-commerce and local delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of mobile and tablet device and accessories, and familiarity with the locations within Qatar. This role will manage inventory, local dispatch operations, staff management, and customer interactions. The candidate should also contribute business development ideas to help grow the online store.

Desired Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store

Manage inventory levels and oversee local dispatch operations

Lead and train staff, ensuring high-quality customer service

Handle rider and staff management for smooth local delivery operations

Ensure a strong understanding of Qatar’s locations for efficient delivery routing

Develop business strategies to drive growth and improve performance

Manage online product listings, transactions, and order fulfillment

Handle customer service and resolve any issues or complaints

Required Skills:

Proven experience in an e-commerce or online business environment

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word)

Strong knowledge of mobile and tablet device and accessories

Inventory management and local dispatch coordination experience

Effective rider and staff management skills

Knowledge of Qatar’s locations for delivery purposes

Ability to train staff and enhance customer handling techniques

Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities

Business development acumen to drive store success

Additional Skills:

Familiarity with smart gadgets and their features

Experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing

Basic design and product photoshoot knowledge is a plus

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience in an e-commerce or online retail company is essential

Knowledge of Qatar's delivery locations and logistics is required

A passion for technology and online retailing is highly desirable
