Hiring: Accountant (Payable, Ledger, Receivable)

We are a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team.

Position Overview:

The Accountant will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger management. Proficiency in Arabic is required to communicate effectively with our diverse client base.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage all accounts payable transactions to ensure timely payments.

Oversee accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.

Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect accurate financial information.

Prepare financial reports and statements as needed.

Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
