About the Club Manager Position:

As a Club Manager will oversee all club operations to ensure exceptional member experience. Will be held accountable to provide a work environment that supports the organization's culture and promotes member involvement.

As Club Manager, you will be responsible for choosing, developing, and leading the staff to ensure the success of club priorities and KPI goals.

Your ability to coach and connect is essential for creating amazing member experience through consistent and great team member experiences. Previously, I needed to work as a sales supervisor. Detailed eye on operations such as maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities include

Sales and customer service responsibilities.

Coordinating and implementing hiring strategies and onboarding new team members.

Create personnel schedules, ensuring that all shifts are covered. Offer backup support as needed.

Procurement requirements for the club. Monitor Loss and found.

Create SOPs if needed to enhance the operations.

Work with social media platforms, CRM, Sales systems. Access gate check-ins, leads generations, etc.

Administer and process employee biometric timings.
Manage the company card for expenses and keep receipts.
Oversee the ordering of club supplies and retail items.
Trend Key Performance Indicators. Identify the underlying cause and implement a strategy for improvement.

Total Revenue includes Sales Targets, Fitness Targets and Membership Experience Targets. Cost control Targets.

Responsibility to show green lines in P&L and have action plans for the red lines.
Ensure that the team is aware of marketing initiatives and is properly trained for all marketing promotions. Social Media campaigns.
Evaluate and aid in emergency situations.
Set specified tasks and lead team members safely and efficiently.
Model the behaviour's required to offer an exceptional member experience; train and motivate others to do the same.
Manage team members' performance and provide regular feedback to them.
Resolve employee complaints, working with HR as appropriate.
Submit all changes to employees' statuses, schedules, and pay in a timely manner.

Manage daily, monthly, weekly sales and fitness reports.

Monthly Goal setting with your sales team.

Ensure Fitness supervisor sends you the performance summary sheet.

The Club Supervisor daily tasks include:

Check sales daily, act as half sales supervisor and one eye focused on reception.

Greeting members and guests and assisting with any queries or issues during check-in.

Help to promote our members' experience by connecting with them on the club floor, offering assistance and support in their fitness journeys while adhering to club standards.

Resolve escalated member concerns and work with the Head Operations as appropriate.

Answer phones in a polite manner and help callers with their inquiries.

Perform membership-related tasks such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, unpaid balance collections, and membership transfers.

Conduct potential member calls and visits to analyse their membership needs.

Execute retail transactions accurately and achieve sales targets.

Oversee the frequent and consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all workout equipment. Follow the routine cleaning schedule to keep restrooms clean and sanitized, well-stocked, and clutter-free.
Conduct a thorough walk-through of all club spaces on a regular basis; promptly handle any safety/policy issues and cleanliness concerns.
Address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken and/or missing equipment (e.g., dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures, etc.) as soon as possible by communicating with the Facilities Maintenance team.
Assign cleaning and sanitizing tasks to team members and monitor job quality and completion rates.

Daily problem solving with solution-based supervisors.

About your qualifications:

· Needed to have club manager or club supervisor experience before.

· Needed to be a sales supervisor before or been a sales consultant in fitness in the past.

· Strong Customer Service background is needed.

· Must have a passion for fitness.
Able to pass a background check for police clearance.

· Computer literacy is a must.

· Any Fitness Qualification would be a preference.
