Sales Coordinator/Admin
We are looking for a FEMALE SALES COORDINATOR who has the background in Construction Industry
Responsibility:
· Proficient in Excel
· Having Knowledge in Making the Quotation
· Having Knowledge in making Tenders
· Find new suppliers as per the requirements of the Tender/Quotation
· Good Communication skills
· Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
· Compiling monthly sales reports.
· Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
· Answer queries through email and phone calls
· Monitor and follow up on outstanding Sales quotation
· Resolves administrative problems by coordinating and identifying solutions.
· Provides information by answering questions and requests.
· Transferrable Visa with Valid QID
· Can join immediately
· Office Timing: 8:00AM to 6:00PM
· Total Package of QAR 2,900.00
· Salary + Company is providing a transportation specific designated areas: New Salata – 03 Mall, Doha Aljadeda Metro Station Only
