QHire Human Resources Consultancy is hiring for a Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in instrumentation engineering.
- Thorough knowledge of understanding and interpretation of instrument logic drawing/ location drawings / instrument manuals /drawings.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years’ experience in oil and gas plants with at least three 3 years work experience in fire and gas detectors and Systems.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the supervisory level.
- Computer Literate and shall be able to generate various reports.
- Shall be familiar and have worked with SAP maintenance system and able to suggest changes and modifications to standard text for system improvement.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be available to join immediately.
