Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Sales and Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for real estate, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, leasing, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying and selling, or leasing residential and/or commercial properties.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive pricing and market trends.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present property listings, conducting property tours and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Manage the transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for listings.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proven negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.

· Familiarity with real estate CRM software and online marketing tools is a plus.

· High level of integrity and professionalism.

· Must have driver’s license.
