Marble Team Leader/ Supervisor

Role Purpose: Overseeing the marble cleaning services, ensuring quality standards, efficient workflow, and adherence to safety regulations

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervised a team of workers in the marble grinding, polishing, and crystallization process.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that work is completed to high standards.

Attend site visit and prepare costing.

Familiarity and expertise in Marble Grinding, Polishing and Crystallization.

Verify the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery.      

Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Ensure that all marble products meet the company's quality standards.

Conduct regular inspections of materials, processes, and finished products.

Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

Plan and organize production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of inventory and equipment.

Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and schedule maintenance as needed.

Qualifications and Competencies:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of work experience.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of marble types, qualities, and processing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
