We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with 5-6 years of experience in Retail fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will possess an UPDA certification (C or B level) and have a strong understanding of construction practices, design principles, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review project plans, schedule, specifications and cost estimates.
Collaborate with Architects, Contractors, and Clients to ensure project success.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Manage project schedules and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in Retail Fit-out and commercial projects.
UPDA certification (C or B level) is required.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
