Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Operations: Manage product listings, inventory updates, and order processing to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Store Optimization: Oversee store performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure flawless operations.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns for a positive shopping experience.
- Sales & Promotions: Support product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new launches.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics to assess performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Programming or Computer Engineering
- 2+ years in e-commerce operations (retail or consumer goods preferred).
- Experience with major e-commerce platforms and data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Arabic (preferred for customer engagement and market understanding).
