JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix, garnish, and serve non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to standard recipes and resort guidelines.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to guests by taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a pleasant drinking experience.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including wiping down surfaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper sanitation of glassware and equipment.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies, and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Adhere to Safety Standards: Follow all safety and health regulations.

Create Special Cocktails: Design and recommend signature cocktails or seasonal drinks based on the resort's theme or current trends.

Handle Guest Concerns: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues related to their drink orders in a professional and courteous manner.

Promote Resort Services: Inform guests about other resort amenities and events, encouraging them to enjoy additional services or make reservations.

Work in Collaboration: Coordinate with other resort staff, including servers, chefs, and housekeeping, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
