Monitor, analyze, control costs and allocate the cost for each project
Conduct regular cost audits, inventory , stock analysis, and variance reporting.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams for inventory processes.
Develop and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly cost reports for management.
Prepare the Revenue Report
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as an F&B Cost Controller, preferably in catering or hospitality.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management software.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of Qatar’s local market is plus.
